The album "Civilisation" is Orelsan's fourth album and was released in 2021.
It's an album that tackles several themes such as current events, the future, alcohol levels...
To make this cover I was mainly inspired by the theme about our society and more particularly the lyrics:
"Piégé dans notre propre système"
To represent this sentence, I created a mountain of TV that represents our system where we are stuck.
To represent this sentence, I created a mountain of TV that represents our system where we are stuck. Indeed, TV is an omnipresent medium in our daily lives that can very easily recruit us into a vicious circle of over-information.
However, we can see the letters breaking the screen to get out of the system, which is also a symbol of hope.
Finally, the psychedelic effect behind it accentuates even more the bewitching side of the media
